Thank you for the interest in our Doberdoodle puppies! To get started we require a phone interview and a non refundable deposit. The phone interview is meant to help new puppy owners to be prepared for a new puppy and to discuss any way we may help with that and answer any questions that a new family may have. The reservation fee is to hold your place for a puppy and to make sure you will remain on the list as a serious and dedicated new puppy owner. This fee also gets put toward any final fees.

Puppy picking day is the day when the puppies get a bit older and the new puppy family will choose their puppy in the order of which a deposit was made. After this day puppies cannot be switched. 

Puppy Pick Up Day is a set date and appointment made before hand at puppy age 8 weeks old and is not negotiable. The location is usually a police station by our closest airport or family home. Delivery can be arranged for a fee in Chicago area only and requires full pre payment. Sometimes delivery is not very far away and in that case there wouldn’t be an extra fee. Keep in mind puppy pickup days could be a day when multiple families all meet to pick up their puppies at the same location within a time frame. full payment is required before or during this time.
